Nel primo semestre il ricevimento ha luogo il mercoledì nell'orario 12-13 nel mio studio (III.12, quinto piano di Palazzo Serra, Piazza Santa Sabina 2). 

My main research interests are in the areas of lexical semantics and figurative language. I have worked on the Italian verbal lexicon and on the linguistic expression of sensory experience. Currently, I am particularly interested in synaesthetic metaphors and in the linguistic and perceptual mechanisms that may explain their properties.
